Your Private Event Questions — Answered
How many people can we bring?
Private event group sizes vary by activity, but most parties start with a base price for 6–7 guests. Additional guests can be added at checkout or paid for the night of your event.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring food and drinks of your choice.
What if we don’t know our exact headcount yet?
That’s totally fine! Reserve your date with the base group size.
You can add more guests later or pay for extra people the day of your event.
What age groups can book private events?
Adults, teens, mixed-age families, coworkers — everyone’s welcome!

How early should we arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in, unpack snacks, and get your creative energy flowing.
Do we clean up?
Nope — that’s our job!

We’ll take care of the mess.
When will our projects be ready?
Canvas and wine glass projects go home the same night.
Ceramics, fused glass, and clay pieces need to be fired and will be ready for pick-up in 7–14 days.
