Summer Program
Cast/pour ceramics from molds - Children are amazed to learn how ceramics are created from start to finish.
Fused Glass - Children create glass jewlery, key chains, sun catchers and more.
Clay- Children enjoy lessons on using the pottery wheel and hand building clay sculptures.
Art Escape takes pride in offering a quality art program for children of all skill levels. Children work with high quality art mediums like clay, glass and ceramics.
Spaces for our summer progam are filling up fast! Some weeks are full or almost full. Please make sure to send in your registration soon to guarantee a spot for your child. Weeks available are listed on the online registration form and will be removed when full.
Morning 9am - 1pm (Mostly ceramics/glass)
Afternoon 12pm - 4pm (Mostly clay/glass)
Full Day 9am - 4pm
Drawing and Painting 4:15-5:00pm ($5 per session)
Half Day Cost: Full Day Cost (9am-4pm)
$60/week $90/Week $25/Day $30/Day
Even though we use similar mediums in each session, the projects change weekly to accommodate artists who attend multiple weeks.
Children attending both sessions should bring two snacks a bag lunch and drinks each day..... (our studio has cold drinks and snacks for $1 if needed).

COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM
A Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is available, through Art Escape, for teenager’s ages 14 and up. This specialized program will offer the CIT a chance to gain experience in the area of art education. The CIT Program runs (June -August) during the Summer art Program. For a complete description of the responsibilities and expectations for potential CIT’s please stop by Art Escape. Interested individuals should write an essay on why they would like to become a CIT. After essays are screened Art Escape will arrange an interview with the individual; only 5 CITs will be accepted. Cost for the program is $25 per summer (scholarships available)
